Lead teams – lead initiatives; multi-channel talent marketing and skills assessments; reporting and metrics built around quality and speed of hire; ATS anything and everything; hiring, supporting and developing recruiters; work w/managers up to the C-suit + HR as to align business goals to sensible, high-quality and high-performance talent solutions.

Other. Member of an incubator team, helping startup companies with org-design, compensation analysis and all aspects of recruiting–spanning people, process and platform(s).
