Assess:
We begin by thoroughly assessing the organization’s goals and security program needs. During this phase, we engage in comprehensive discussions, review reports of the actual environment, and identify the available tools, processes, procedures, and skill sets. Additionally, for some customers, we conduct penetration tests to further identify exploitable vulnerabilities in their environment.

Plan:
With a clear understanding of the current and desired state, we strategically devise a plan of action to effectively reduce risk for the organization. Our team identifies and prioritizes the areas that demand immediate attention to bolster security measures.

Remediate:
Once the plan is formulated, we collaborate with our customers to implement the necessary tools and processes. This may entail providing scripts or hardening standards, as well as configuring and deploying solutions in the customer’s environment. Our team ensures that the changes are safely deployed, minimizing any impact on the business while achieving the desired security goals.
