What can a Firefly home do?
Imagine your lights and window shades slowly raising to wake you up at the right time every day without being jarred awake by an alarm clock.

Imagine when you’re ready to leave in the morning that instead of using 20 different apps, you can give your home one command which locks the doors, sets the alarm, closes the blinds, shuts the garage, turns down the AC and puts the lights on a schedule that mimics you being home.

Imagine your kids waking up in the middle of the night to go to the bathroom and having the home dimly light their way without them having to fumble for a light switch in the dark. Then when they’re done, the lights turn off again.

Now, imagine being able to do all of this even if your internet and Wi-Fi goes down. This is the next thing we believe at Firefly Smart Homes: we believe a smart home should be able to operate without the internet by processing commands and controlling systems locally rather than sending your data to some server farm in China to turn on and off your lights. This ultimately means your commands are processed faster and your data is better protected because everything happens within the walls of your home.
