Intrust HR supports businesses in all facets of human resources through outsourced, fractional, interim and project-based services. Our goal is to establish and foster strong partner relationships with owners, executives and associates to successfully drive the HR function. We develop and implement a wide variety of HR practices and programs to fit the needs of organizations.

While all relationships are built based on the company’s unique HR needs, the following is a list of some of the functions that can be provided by our firm:

* Review and audit HR systems, policies and practices
* Provide consultation and guidance to senior management and organizational partners in the interpretation of human resources policies, procedures, programs and application of related laws and regulations
* Lead HR projects and initiatives to support strategic needs
* Provide advice and coaching on employee issues and discipline process
* Develop HR forms, documents, agreements and tools to assist companies in operating a successful human resources department
* Assess employee benefits and partner with quality benefits brokers to provide benefit plans that meet the needs of the company and their employees
* Manage administration of benefit plans
* Develop and align training programs with organizational needs
* Manage payroll process utilizing a variety of systems including Paylocity, Alliance Payroll, Netchex, Paycor, ADP, and more
* Provide recruiting support to attract qualified candidates to the company
* Source solutions and manage implementation of suitable HR technology to meet the company’s needs
* Manage the human resources function for companies based on their unique needs and internal support structure
