Districts and schools countrywide are striving to make meaningful progress in closing the achievement gaps that impact underserved students. Moore Instructional Coaching exists to support schools in doing exactly that by servicing new teachers in underserved communities.
We offer support to address the issue of teacher development, providing individual and small group support for secondary educators within their first five years in a district. Together with our district partners, we design training and support structures that improve the conditions for continuous growth across their schools.
We believe that Educators need to be supported by other educators. We equip educators with the skills, best practices, and opportunities to teach effectively, helping schools deliver the best possible experience for their students.
With a focus on supporting educators from 0-5 years of experience who usually find themselves in the classroom with limited support and mentoring, Moore Instructional Coaching will provide an additional layer of support by offering an experienced educator to work with them weekly.
