That’s who we are, and that’s how we operate. Flexibility and being nimble is important for Sentidos, beyond that, having a mindset that applies to our style of working and our ideas.
Our creative collective model allows us to evaluate every single project, small or big, that we receive and assemble the best team possible based on expertise, project needs and yes, budget, without (ever) sacrificing quality.
We have no full time employees, we only bring people on board to work on your project that are experts in that field based on the brief.
Smart rates
The beauty of working with a collective model is that you get to be efficient with costs by cutting overhead and, you get to tap into different levels of expertise (as needed) to always keep your creative fresh. Also, this allows us to use several people and potentially have quicker turnarounds.
Everyone on the team is on board when it comes to flexibility on their rates. While some charge on a lower end, at times, and according to the level of craft needed on a stage of a project, we may decide to invest on creatives with greater experience or, that bring a director level direction to the table.
