Provides visionary leadership to management and influences future growth opportunities to achieve long-term performance goals & and objectives (5 to 10 years). Responsible for executing the overall business plan and acting as a champion for strategic change across departments and the community. Responsible for developing and executing human resource strategy in support of the goals and strategic direction for contracted clients in 5 states and internationally specifically in the areas of diversity, equity & inclusion and talent, organization & and performance management, total rewards, and business information systems. – Build best-in-class customer service experiences for employees by increasing speed and precision of responses to the members of the organization – Lead negotiation strategy with multiple employee associations – Develop and streamline HR policies to increase efficiency – Analyze and improve the effectiveness of HR procedures and tools – Champion diversity and inclusion in the workplace including ensuring the hiring, onboarding and management procedures are equitable for diverse groups – Develop HR plans and strategies to support the achievement of organization’s goals and priorities – Function as a strategic human capital advisor to the Superintendent and executive leadership team regarding key organizational and management issues. – Work with executive leadership to establish a sound plan of human capital management including succession planning that corresponds to the strategy. – Provide overall leadership and guidance to the HR function by overseeing talent acquisition, growth, and performance, succession planning, retention, training, leadership development, compensation, and benefits. Maintains and trains on cutting-edge executive presence and engaging and remixing multigenerational workforce to reduce turnover and improve engagement in the organizations we serve.
