Here’s what you get for $5 an hour.
1. Facebook Ad Account Manager – it is there job to create your ads and make sure you don’t go over budget on your ad spend. They will also ensure all of your ads are performing.
2. Account Manager – the account manager will be your Marketing Assistant to ensure a smooth onboarding process and to answer any of your questions Monday – Saturday.
3. Texting ISA – When a lead comes in from Facebook you will have a live person from the Marketing Team reaching out to the Buyer or Seller lead qualifying them in order to warm them up and to speak with you.
4. Calling ISA – When a lead comes in from Facebook, not only will they begin receiving text through our 97 touch point system, you will be assigned a dedicated caller to reach out to your buyer/seller leads and qualify them. Once your caller has qualified the lead they will then connect you and the lead on a 3 way call. Remove themselves from the conversation and you can begin building rapport from there.
5. Accountability Coach – Have you tried converting online leads in the past and it just didn’t work out for you? No problem. We will provide you with a coach to assist you in converting your leads. Your coach will sit with you every two weeks for an hour to review your leads and draw up an outreach game plan for you and your agents in order to convert your leads into closings.
